Refund and Returns Policy

At Grey Human Hair Wigs, we are committed to providing you with premium quality wigs and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for processing returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If your product is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue and arrange a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items, such as wigs that have been worn or altered, cannot be returned. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please feel free to contact us for clarification.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest returning the original product and placing a new order for the replacement once your return has been processed.

Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
